1. Inquiry

2. Meeting
We will have a meeting for the further consultation.
3. Estimation
We submit an estimation. If you can confirm the description of services that we will offer and the price, please sign on the estimation and return to us. (For the estimation, we acquire your personal information and residence card.)
4. Agreement
Please pay an initial deposit. This price will be described in the estimation, or we notify it separately. (We submit the invoice for this deposit.)
5. Start of duties
We start duties. We will notify the progress as needed and ask you documents required to accomplish your request.
6. Completion
Our duties will be completed by submitting the documents to the Immigration Bureau. When we receive the COE and documents of permission, we will send you by registered mail.
7. Payment
Please pay the remaining amount by the due date after we submit the invoice.
8. Return of Documents
We will return the documents prepared by you at the beginning.
